We had an incredible time at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cozy, clean and quiet. The hotel facilities, especially the spa area, were compact but beautiful. The location in the Relaxation area with stunning views of the Rosegarten mountains made for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. We also loved the breakfast and the staff provided top-notch service.

we found the rooms to be spacious and clean with well-maintained bathrooms. we were impressed with the quality of service and the delicious breakfast buffet. the enclosed area available for motorcyclists was also a great facility.
The staff, while friendly and helpful, were a bit slow in responding to our needs.

The location in the Relaxation area of the Rosegarten mountains is absolutely breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and stunning views made me feel completely rejuvenated. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the attentive room service to the efficient housekeeping and laundry service. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made my journey smooth and hassle-free. The hotel amenities were superb, including the well-maintained swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The sun terrace and garden area provided the perfect spots for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guests' satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations.

Spent a fantastic New Year's Eve in an amazing hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming towards us, making us feel right at home. the stunning views of the mountains from our spacious room were outstanding. the hotel spa was compact and well equipped, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

We recently had a romantic escape in a lovely hotel nestled in the charming mountainous region of Italy. The hotel had spacious and cozy rooms with stunning views of the majestic mountains. We had a relaxing time in the wellness area which had an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The location was perfect for us as it was near the tourist attractions, and there was free parking available.
The hotel's restaurant was quite expensive for what was offered, so we opted to eat elsewhere. the staff wasn't very communicative and didn't provide us with enough information about the activities that we could do in the area.
